It's impossible that your package was delivered at 6:30. But I'm not surprised they gave you bad info. I have bad deliver times on packages delivered to my home all of the time (sometimes even wrong dates). Ultimately you won't know until your cc is charged (or not). Good luck.

This is my chat with Purolator a few minutes ago:

9:02:43 AM Purolator: We have received a message from management regarding these types of packages. The driver was at the destination address prior to 9 AM this morning. However, he needs to wait in the line up. He has approximately 700 pieces for that location today. I suggest to continue monitoring the status online through out the day.
9:03:54 AM Me: Does that mean he is still in the line up? Or he left to deliver later?
9:04:30 AM Purolator He is waiting in the line up.

As long as he is in line up we don't care but if he returned to come back later then he is playing with 700 hearts which will surely give him shit for 700 years... not a very good year to you my delivery driver...

Couriers are monitoring these bcoz I got personal message on
Jan 1st from local courier saying we can pick up your package and be in line on 4th for you. please call us.
but I had already sent my package from puralator on 31st and also I don't live in GTA so that was little late from them. lol

If the driver left - he left due to his employer's rules/policies. Don't blame the driver. Blame the company. Another driver for the same company would have done the exact same thing. They have an employer and aren't at liberty to decide what they want to do. They have to follow their employers rules with regards to delivery protocols.

UPS now says delivered but at 7:36 and signed by ADUSEI...guess mine will be returned.

That doesnt make any sense. How can they deliver it at 7:30 when they start accepting the applications at 8? I am sure its a typo.

Agree.. If we cant make it this year then there is another year.. We still have a chance.. lets hope and pray..

This application will not be returned. CPC opened the window earlier for the same reason why courier showed up earlier. "reduce waiting time" - Queuing Theory
