But if i dont inform the college about my Visa status, then i have to withdraw from course nd need to request for refund as college says if not raised request for refund before 6th, then there will be loss of fee as that is last date for refund request

You are right but if you want to reapply then you will absolutely need money and refund will take approximately 6-10weekswhich means 2 to 2.5 months....

how do you check ghost update? if I am understanding it correctly, ghost update is when you dont get an email but your gckey gets updated.

how do you check ghost update? if I am understanding it correctly, ghost update is when you dont get an email but your gckey gets updated.

if you open your application and it says profile updated but there isnt any change in there thats a ghost update and atleast i never received emails for them

Yup I gave reasons but my sister is permanent resident of Canada I think this is the problem
