i think most likely you will directly get a decision as my portal says that eligibility background checks are going but final decision is written as approved their site is quite buggy

But if i dont inform the college about my Visa status, then i have to withdraw from course nd need to request for refund as college says if not raised request for refund before 6th, then there will be loss of fee as that is last date for refund request
