I applied on November 12th from Colombia, the review of eligibility started the same day. Biometrics done before the application. But no updates whatsoever since then.

got passport request (PR) yesterday, january 28
submited passport today in the mail to the Visa application centre.
hopefull that they won't take too long to stamp it!

I'm from Brazil.
Applied for student visa on 11 november
biometrics asked on 18 november
upfront medical exam.
medical exam approved on 14 january
biometrics given on january 18, approved on the same day (VACs were closed until mid december)
it says "final decision - your application was approved"
But still says that they're reviewing my eligibility and back ground check (??)
Got passport request 28 january
sent passport to VAC 29 january
