can you please help me to know what could be the reason that my security has not started? My pr application is now over 7 months old. Everything on my application is passed and completed according to gcms notes. Does that mean something is wrong in my application thats why they are not starting it?
I never got any ADR or anything so far. Im a CEC applicant and have already crossed 5 months standard processing time.

Under program assistant notes it says
PA: Statutory details located in separate GCMS note

Under criminality it says
Recommendation: Review Required - Stat questions - pending Biometric-RCMP Results

What does these notes mean?

I have been stuck in Security Screening, Comprehensive screening since the 14th May 2024, ITA 11th February 2024, AOR the 3rd March 2024. I ordered the GCMS notes twice, first time in august 2024 and the second time received few days ago. I have noticed two major changes in the second notes, the first one is that although the application status is still “ON HOLD” for both notes, but the app status reason has changed from “Suspended – Clearances” to “BLANK”. The second change is that the application changed from “Received by CBSA” to “Favorable”. Has someone experienced this kind of notes? And could we say that it is a good sign for the end of this security screening nightmare? Thanks to you all for all the valuable information that we are getting here.

I have been under "Review Required" status since August 27, 2024, due to a typo in the reference letter as well as in my most recent work experience. I submitted all the required documents except for the employment contract that specifies my working hours. Additionally, the certificate was incorrect when I submitted it on May 9, 2024. Five days later, I corrected the error by sending a web form with the rectified certificate.

Upon ordering my notes, I noticed that the officer had not validated my last two work experiences (totaling 2 years out of an overall period of 4 years). Regarding the proof of funds, the officer indicated "appears to meet" in the R76-RR section.

To address these issues, I took the following steps:

• Sent all my updated bank statements covering a 6-month period,
• Resubmitted all reference letters along with my payslips.

As of today, my application is still in progress.

Where did you see "“Received by CBSA” in your GCMS notes?

UCI Verification suggests they are verifying your identity, immigration history, or possibly checking for duplicate profiles, prior applications, or security background through your UCI.

I'm already under comprehensive security screening as per GCMS. I also have another notes under Police Certificate that says: After Promotion USA showed address history from <2022/10/01> -- no PC provided. I did not live in USA, I just stayed there for 2 weeks. Is this related to the parking notes?
