Submitted application, got AoR but still no status/progress bar

hi all,

I submitted my application last week and received AoR but still I don’t see the progress bar on my application. Does it take a few days or something before it should appear?

Also now I have two applications on the top table with the same application number:

One stating : permanent residency —> submitted
Other stating : Express entry —> updated not submitted

Just confused here. Can someone help me interpret this? And also the Query about the progress bar?
