Dear Experts,
My application was submitted on 9th March and Aor was received on the same date, therefore, the 6 months deadline is until 9th September. The progress bar shows 68% completed but can we predict anything from this progress? For example, background check or criminal check is already completed or something of that sort.
Please share your advise on this.
Thank you in advance

The progress bar just shows the time elapsed from the day your application was submitted. It does not tell you what stage or how far your application has been processed. All the best.
The progress bar is a terrible way to follow the progress of an application.
You'll need to ask GCMS notes (notes the immigration has on your file) to see exactly at which step you are.

Don't rely on the progress bar at all. Some people reach 100% and see a message like this; "Your application is taking us longer than usual to process. About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests, and whether the application is complete."

Thank you very much for you reply, well noted.
