Rejected but application status still open

Hi all,

I applied for PR and got rejected for missing police clearance certificate. I need to submit a new express entry profile. But when I log into MyCiC I do not see express entry option under Apply for. Although I see it in view submitted applications.

Although I submitted PCC through CSE and just received a reply that they submitted the supporting documents to the file. My PR application status is still open and background check is in progress. However I received a rejection letter.

Does this mean that they will still reopen the case or I need to submit a new EE ? Anybody had this issue before ?

Hm naver heard of this. Send a cse technical issue as this is preventing you from creating a new profile. Or go ahead an register with mycic all over again and create a new profile that way
