It means that if your spouse request assistance from the government, you will be held responsible for all of your spouse basic living expenses ex. housing, clothing, food, transportation and other basic requirements
health care is provided for every one for free so you are not responsible for health care unless there is something that is not covered under the provincial health care like dental, you will be responsible for it.
in case of spouse, you are responsible for 3 years.

Yes you can get free educatiin and you are entitled to the child tax benefits

Usually the Case Specific Enquiry does not help much unless they have over exceeded the time line to process the application. In the past we personally used it to upload file's/pictures if we went on trips just to show "relationship"
I understand and know exactly how you feel - it is very tough esp when you are newly married and want to spend time with your spouse. We went through the same with a new born baby, wife was all alone with the baby and it was mentally exhausting. You have to hang in there, it will all come to an end and believe me the day you get your PPR you wont remember a thing about all this.

Now I would like to ask you if you have paid your RPRF fees ( Right of Permanent Resident Fees ) - Usually they ask for this right at the end just before they issue Passport Request. Still waiting for response of my email case specific enquiry from ADVO. I am thinking to request another set of GCMS.
And yes I paid RPRF upfront they only requested ADR in March and after that nothing. GCMS shows file location 'Active shelf PR' since Oct 26, 2015.My husband's file is approved and granted 'conditional passed'. No any sense of waiting if its already done

I sent a case specific inquiry in August, i received a reply in November telling me to wait.
so don't expect a quick and useful reply from them
order GCMS notes, you will have better understanding of what is happening with your application and at what stage your application is currently at.

Just as an FYI, as of yesterday, the CIC website is showing a processing time of 100 days for PR cards.
any one know that how i cheek my interview date on notes date not writen. my file transfer from londom to abu dhabi for interview. in a year how many time interview held in abu dhabi. and my medical will finshed in april 2016

They are in their winter sleep
They are really on their christmas vacations, hope they will resume work within couple of week.
