Thank you all for your well wishes....

For those curious to know how long it takes for ECAS to be updated....we received DM/PPR email (to both email addresses on file) on Jan 7 and I just checked the sponsor ECAS this morning and under the applicant it said Decision Made (unfortunately, I had not bothered to check ECAS regularly once we had received the email).

When I click on the applicant "Decision Made" (sponsor ECAS) nothing had change though..only three lines (we received app, we started processing app, medical results received) however when I checked my husband's ECAS, he has four lines under his Decision Made - with the three above and the 4th one being "we sent you correspondence...)

We submitted the passport via VFS (Wafi) yesterday and my husband was told he would receive it in 4 - 5 days. We'll see on that one

I just want to pass on encouraging words to everyone who is still waiting. It may seem that they are not doing anything with your file but based on my interactions with ADVO they are working as quickly as possible to process applications. After we submitted everything, we provided some updates when things changed (i.e. residential address, my status in UAE, etc) and heard nothing from them until the DM / PPR email.

In the meantime, is there anyone that can volunteer to keep the spreadsheet updated going forward? The work is fairly minimal...just encourage people to add their timeline (we have made it so anyone with the link can edit and it hasn't presented any problems)...and then change their rows to the appropriate colour (I don't have it set up to do it automatically....but it can be done if you know how)..

Please if someone can help I need Good conduct certificate as I was residence in UAE from 2011 to 2014 and now in Pakistan.
My file is still not submit just only due to certificate FROM UAE.
Please some one can help I will be thankful.

Try Dubai Police website, I think they can send you on your email.

That's long wait . If they recieved what they requested why is the visa office on pause ?why is there long wait ?doesn't make sense to me honestly .

I'm so sorry to hear you are still waiting. Have you ordered your GCMS notes? or when is the last time you ordered your GCMS notes?

That's unfortunate. This is why we voted for the liberals so families won't have to wait for this long br because you have submitted everything that was required of you .

They requested Re medical exam on 25/09/2015 and then RPRF & IMM5669 Schedule Background/Declaration Form in 20/10/2015

I sent Case specific enquiry in July but no reply.
Ecase status changed to In process on Oct 09, 2015
First time I requested Caips in Sept 03,2015 and received it after a month on Oct 05.
Medical Activity: Passed, Expired
Assessed for: All
Reason for Clousure: Granted
M Profile: 1
S profile: 1
Description: No Surveillance Required

Eligibility 1, Criminality 1, Security 1 but not started
Eligibility assessment due date: Jan 07.2016


I received second set of Caips Notes on Dec 29, 2015

Eligibility: Passed
Medical: Passed-Expired
Criminality: Passed
Security: Its still blank (On right top corner I see S.15(1) That means conditional passed or security has done?

Paper File: Active shelf PR (What does it mean?

Notes 1: Blank

Notes 2: VO is satisfied with our relationship. conditional passed (as our relationship is less then two years and we have no child in common)

I contacted MP as well in Nov. He sent an enquiry and got reply that its still under security checks.
Totally frustrated now

Hi Bublo Ksa,

At the time your GCMS were generated your paper file was put away but only for a very short time someone might have pulled it back into the process. Request another set if you want and it will not cause any trouble at all. Also your file is at the end you're in the 90 days countdown to the day your visa will be issued. Your security is done and protected. Congrats you are nearing to the end of your PR process.

I think the best person to ask that question, would be Eagle333 . He is an expert in this field. Most of the requirement you have passed, I don't see any delay from this point. I think you are almost at the end of the process Bublo. My hopes are that you will get it within this month.

I have never ordered notes . I'm watching the spreadsheets , it will give me an idea of how things are moving. 2 more members and I , have been asked to send additional document in few weeks apart. I'm watching to see who gets PPR first.
