Naka received yung asawa ko ng request for Schedule A and they told us this:

o Please ensure that the form has been completed and that the information you have provided in Section 6 Personal History (2014/08 – 2015/06) is reflected in Section 10 Addresses for each time period (2014/08 – 2015/06).

They are pin pointing one timeline on my husband's sched a. Which are those years in the bracket. My husband lived on the same address since he was born. He worked around the town so his personal history is just on the same town as what on the Sec 10.

He worked on the same company for three years but he put it in two different rows because he got promoted. so he just changed the dates and the job position on each timeline. Do we need to make it as one to avoid confusion?

no need po.. lalo nagpalit naman sya ng post... wag lang po maglagay ng puwang sa date..
kahit tambay sya halimbawa ng 5 months , he need to put it in the form...

For section 8: Personal History. List all details of personal history at the age of 18 or for the past 10 years, whichever is most recent. Ilagay mo lahat ng ginawa Nya- trrabaho, wala trabaho, bakasyon etc basta wala ng Gap.

For section 12: addresses: Kung Saan naman sya tumira for the past 10 years. Dapat wala din Gap.
