Un nga din po diko magets kasi no criminal record naman nakalagay sa nbi. Ung nbi kasi kinuha pa namin nong Jan 4th. Nag request lang sila ng May 10. Saka anong letter of explanation po need? Medyo confusing po kasi.

I as read po ng galling sa CIC, parang merong naging case sa NBI which requires you to provide certification na closed na po siya.. NOT SURE po ako.. but then if wala ka namang case na na dismissed or closed.. provide an explanation na wala kang records na ganun.. or much better if you can show to NBI the message ng CIC for further help po..

Yap tama gnyn dn sa husby ko kya pnapunta ko nbi at show the letter bg cic gagawin nila ung explanation.

Halos 1 month lang difference natin sa application received. My application was received last March 17, 2017. They only asked for my AOM yesterday. Sana after a month DM na rin. And ikaw sana PPR na po! Best of luck!

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act establishes that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

In order to continue processing your application, we require the following information and/or documentation  
Your NBI clearance shows *No Criminal Record* remark; please provide the following: Certification issued by the NBI outlining all criminal charges/cases including the description of the charge, date when the charge was filed and the disposition of the charge. Own written detailed account of circumstances surrounding and leading up to the criminal charges listed on the NBI certification.

Regardless if case is dismissed or ongoing, all court documents relating to the criminal cases listed which include but are not limited to police report/blotter, court transcripts, and court judgments


Kailangan ba ng bagong nbi?
Tapos meron pa nakalagay under sa Optional Documents- letter of explanation. Na meron upload button. Diko po magets kung para saan un. Maraming Maraming Salamat po sa sasagot. Godbless.

Kahit saan po as long as they received it. Ako, sa email ako lagi nagsesend ng updates.

I just wanna ask, how long it takes to wait after sending additional document na nerequest (AOM). I already send it in CVAC last Thursday then tumawag ako s knila sabi naman Friday naeforward na daw po nila. Ano po Kaya next na step after that? PPR ma po kaya? Nagaalala lang po ako kasi till now wala p ko narereceive na message from IRCC if natanggap na nila yung finorward na document.
