@raheel27a CIC in their email correspondence ask you to send passport through courier. You can send it through VAC too? I thought this was the case with TRV only, no?

Decision Made on 24 December 2014. Got PPR on 22 jan 2015.

No still waiting. It will take 30 days to 45 days.. It's depends case to case some people get in 20 days.

salam, it was mention in the email from CIC that applicant will send the passport thru VAC with the print of this email.

@ raheel27a CIC in their email correspondence ask you to send passport through courier. You can send it through VAC too? I thought this was the case with TRV only, no?

@ Mercy24 .. Actually I don't know how to make the time line which appears on the left hand side below our Id..But I am writing the details of my application here..If u can guide me how to make the time line ,,it will be really appreciated..
Husband : Permanent Resident of Canada ,Pakistani born
Applicant : Pakistani ,doctor ,working in saudi arabia for more than 2 years at time application filed
Application received to CIC : 8th april 2013
AOR received : 25th april 2013 ( via email )
Medical missing so application returned back on 7th May 2013 , medical done on 14th may 2013 from Jeddah
Application received back to CPC Mississauga on 5th june 2013 with all documents and proof of medical done
SPR Eligibility : Passed ( date not mentioned in ATIP Notes )
All original documents returned to husband : 22 August 2013
File transferred to Islamabad : 2nd september 2013

Visa office requested : Abu Dhabi ,,which was refused and application sent to Islamabad
Application currently ( 28 January 2015 ) in Islamabad ,Back ground checks going on according to MP
Currently I am ( applicant ) in Pakistan for the last 1 year ,,and planning to go again Saudi arabia on job..

Many people are trying to find an alternative way of entry into canada ,,student visa or visitor's visa..my visitor's visa was refused ,,saying they are not convinced I will come back ,,although I was in saudi arabia ,,vacations were within my contract means in middle of my contract,,but at that time I haven't applied for immigration as I was gathering documents ( I had to get so many documents from Pakistan ) and I was in Saudi arabia ..
I went to Sun Consulting PVT for guideline..and a very famous consultant said I can't apply for student visa,,it will be rejected as CIC will know u are taking short cut ..and secondly getting student visa is not that much easy,,clear ILETS with a nice band score ,,apply in their university,very big bank statement from Pakistan is needed of 6 months,,(don't show bank statements totally of Canada) as they will know u are going there,,u have enough money in canada so u will not study there..
That consultant said don't spoil your original case with only useless try..how many time your student visa is rejected or visitor's visa is rejected ,,will effect your immigration visa..
So my suggestion is ,have meeting with reliable consultant before u apply for other ways..Dont be frustrated and select wrong ways,,it will become more complicated..Although I am a doctor and I wanted to go Canada on student visa ,,but now after taking advice ,,I am not trying for student visa..just waiting and praying with lots of sabar,,no one will give me reward of my sabar ,except Allah,,Inshaa Allah

what will happen when status change to "in process" and what they are doing and how long to change to dession made. I done my upfron medical in Feb 2014 before submision of my application and my application was filed on 13 may and first approved on 31 july.

My spouse went for her re-medical and the IMO center requested for polio vaccination document to be submitted as well.
This request was not mentioned in the email from Delhi's office. Can someone shed some light if the IMO office will not submit the medical documents until they receive the polio certificate.
I was informed they can get the drops at the airport.

hi, that is their old office letter head. just ignore it. everyone doing on airport. i was also confused when i got such a type of email...then i got inform that no need of polio. if u still need then go to any govt. hospital. they will issue you for the same purpose.
