ATIP is separate department who will provide information about people as per canadian law.
The information are available online in database.
There is no reason for file to get delayed becos of GCMS notes. Visa officer dont work on gcms notes. It is someone else job. Visa officers only work on applications assigned to them.

then what would be the reason, our MPs telling us, not to order GCMS notes?

Aoa....i want some information please help me...we receive a letter of acknowledgement that our application is received and now IRCC has request us to submit Police Clearance and Schedule A and IRCC gives us deadline....i have some questions
1) Can i submit my Police Certificate as Schedule A is not yet ready?
2) If i submit Schedule A before due data..Is IRCC will assess my schedule A before due date or they will assess it after due date?
3) Is IRCC will be sent us in written that sponsor is approved?

1) if we submit PCC along with our application, does CIC usually ask for it again at a later date?
2) my wife lives in a different city than I did in Pak. She is in Islamabad and continues to live there with her parents, whereas we got her NIC changed to our Lahore address after rukhsati. Our marriage took place on Dec 22. Problem is that Islamabad police is only giving her PCC upto our marriage date of Dec 22. Would this be a problem? If CIC reasks for PCC at a later date then what to do?

1 - yes and no .. according to the new rules coming out - submit it with the application .. the old application asked for us not to submit it, and they asked for it with Sch A .. usually after 2 to 3 months .. that being said .. there is no harm in submitting Sch A and PCC form with the application ..

2 - i believe this question has been asked at this forum before .. i don't want to repeat things out of my memory, so please, search this forum for accuracy ..

Thanks but in the spreadsheet, it counts from PPR not submission of passport. When I searched I found different results so I wandered what is a recent experience. I still got some idea from the spreadsheet. Thank you!

it could be from couple of days to couple of weeks. When he submit his passport, he can inquire from there
