While discussing other thing one thing he pointed out that once we order GCMS notes that may delay our application processing time 3-4 weeks as Officer who prepare our notes has to pull out our file from the desk of the officer who is working on our application then p

yup, I was given the same information too by the local MP's office. The best thing to do is wait until the 12 month time, and then contact if you see any delays ect.

meeting or contacting with our MPs is wasting of time before 12 months period.. this is what i learned!

This is incorrect as our file is "electronic". And everything is feeded in the system. Sarkari daftar ki tarah pune kay zariye file nahin transfer hoti from one visa officer to ATIP officer kay 3-4 hafto ka delay ho. I ordered notes twice and I got ppr first in the Sep 2016 applicant batch. There can be several reasons of delay but ordering gcms notes is not one of them.

Have they requested a medical and police clearance yet or no? or did you submit it with the application?

Hi Everyone,

Today I got an additional document request. They have asked me a divorce certificate through GC key.
I did submit with my papers, not sure why they have asked again.
Those who got the request,please can you let me know, what certificate you have sent, I do have UC certificate.
I believe they asked Applicantmay member as well. Can you plz tell?
Iam May 4th Applicant and sent my voluntary document of recent visit through email about a month ago.

I believe I can respond a little bit to this as I have been in a similar situation.

Please understand that when they ask for a divorce certificate, they also want you to submit all other information (e.g. notices with union council, any other receipt or slip that is part of the process) so they can see the process step by step. I also submitted only the certificate and they said later that they need additional proof.

Just trying to save a few months for you.

yea thats what i was thinking..lolz but believe me i really forgot at that time to asks, pulling file means what, Chaprassi came takes away our file and put it to other desk and then after 3 weeks moves it back to saheb desk.. I will send him an email and asks the same, where is Canada's electronic system?

Medical done longgggggg time ago in sept 2017.
PCC submitted along with my application.
Now with new application process, PCC and Schedule A form needs to submit along with application package.

i had the similar situation too. I had submitted my DC along with my application but then CPC-M again asked me to upload so i did upload only my DC bcoz that is what i have but I also attached an explanation letter in detailed that this what my relevant UC provided me. I have no other DC except this and this is issed by XYZ UC. I also provided the name and number of the UC person who issued me the DC. after that my file moved to LVO and since then they are quite..

ATIP is separate department who will provide information about people as per canadian law.
The information are available online in database.
There is no reason for file to get delayed becos of GCMS notes. Visa officer dont work on gcms notes. It is someone else job. Visa officers only work on applications assigned to them.
