Thanks everyone on the forum, especially Profiler, for providing the great information! You make the days of waiting so much bearable!
Today I received the PR landing letter, though I haven't got AIP yet. Hope everyone get the good news soon!
Any day now . I know it's really hard. Just ask some of my comrades around here -- they will tell you -- I went totally nuts around the beginning of March up to April 28th.... I think they signed a petition to have my internet privileges removed, so I wouldn't post anymore!
Remind me, my remembery is terrible (sorry!) DM both sides, right?
We completely agree on the totally nuts theory. Applied in December and got this update week before last,

Dear friends
July 21 I got a message from cic.its saying 'it has been determined that you meet eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as a member of spouse or common-law in Canada class.'
And I passed for medical exam July 28 and I sent to them explanation letter about copy of valid passport (they requested copy of valid passport)
And my wife got a message from cic too it's about eligibility decision she met eligibility requirements
So friends do you know what's next step and is that mean application approved or still nothing?

June 3, 2016.
Heard nothing until June 12, 2017 -- SA.
Then medical request on June 15, done on June 16.
And yesterday landing letter -- I haven't got AIP yet.
Hello everyone:
We did not do our medical upfront. Does anyone know as to what will happen if we do our medical now despite not being asked as yet? Will they reject it? thanks!

Congratulations, you got SA and AIP. Next step is the DM and the landing!
If you are not already covered by your provincial health insurance program, you can register with your AIP letter (at least for OHIP and RAMP, not sure for other provinces).

hard to say until you get your DM. If you get, because on this page there is someone getting directly the landing letter without getting the DM letter and it happened to some others before as well.
From the DM letter, it's usually 1-8 weeks for landing depending on your location (at landing, you get your CoPR).
