Don't worry, you cannot go from no news to refusal, that just do not happen. If they are not satisfied with the documents you submitted to prove your cohabitation and relationship, they will send you a letter requesting more proofs. Before refusal, they would give you opportunities to address their concerns. So, if you have a decision in a few days/weeks, that's for sure a positive one! Just start planning your party!
Yah Profiler Hopefully. I read on this thread before somebody mentioned that they received the same call like I did and then later that day in evening they got the DM letter

I haven't fished for several years, but I used to fish a lot. My favorite was muskellunge (at least that's the name according to Google translate...), they are so huge. But for the taste, my favourite was the walleye.

Muskie! Far from where we live... But the river that's a 5min walk (2min drive) is almost overrun with northern pike (Esox lucius), 4 foot common carp (Cyprinus carpio), bass and catfish.
There is a train bridge that you can stare from and see the huuuge carp cleaning the bottom in parallel...
South of Brantford is where this river starts to see walleye and salmon/rainbow trout.
So close by there is mini muskie (pike). But also snapping turtles (Chelydra serpentina), and lots of deer, wild turkey, herons, etc. It's pretty chill... Sans the turtles LOL

I'm not aware if there are any turtles in our rivers around here, I never heard of that. But pike, walleye, musky, bass, different kind of trout, they are quite common here. We have several salmon rivers in the province, but it requires a special licence to fish them. I've never tried fishing salmon.
