If I was to guess? Are you from a visa-requiring country? If not, they felt there was no need. If you are, they cancelled in error.

I am from a visa requiring country. In the past when I renewed my OPW , I applied for visa and i was issued a visa for the same duration of my OPW. I don`t know why this time it didn`t work. thanks for the telephone number. I`ll ring them today.

the finalization of your permanent resident application”

Is this a AIP letter?

It is more than likely that you submitted the wrong application/form. The correct forms are IMM 5721 and IMM 5257 (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp?countrySelect=CA#applications).

Are these the forms you used?

Hmm. I might have done a booboo there. I see that I submitted IMM5708 and IMM5257. let me see if i can re-do it. Is it possible?

No, that's a letter saying you're done (DM letter). Congrats! Time how long it takes Kitch to contact you -- I will be VERY grateful to know this...

The forms remain the same either ways.

You can definitely apply again. If applying online, I believe you'll have to make your way through a tool which asks you questions. Answer questions accurately and make sure you end up getting these two forms as requirements.

It comes the same way all the others have come to you. If that's email, then email. Otherwise, post.

Nyet. From here, it's a landing invitation... AIP was supposed to be before DM...
