Nooo not yet. I suspect it would be the day (or very shortly after) that she collects her COPR that all of that would occur. For now, we wait for Carol to get out of the way .
Anyway, I'm always happy to read that people got good news, and I'm happy to see that they started to work on 2016 applications. I wish to everybody to get good news soon and hopefully, our turn will also come soon!

Who is the PA (and who is the sponsor), you or your wife?
We applied March 2 2016, me as the sponsor, my wife as the PA; no dependents. We have only heard the following from CIC:
- AOR (Sponsor) on May 13.
- OWP June 29.
- PCC request August 10 (in error; we satisfied it anyway).
- Medical accepted (just before it was set to expire) Oct 13.
Otherwise, there has been nothing. They are processing FIFO (First application in, first application out). So seeing movement in January applications now is good -- means the end is coming!
Thanks for replying... I am PA and my wife is sponsor.
They approved her eligibility really quickly.
But since then there is nothing from them... I still have my post graduate work permit and applied for OWP recently.
The only thing that was bothering me was that I do not see anything but Application received and medical received.
What is PCC and what do you mean by medical accepted? In my case if it says medical received means accepted?
It's possible. The intention is to make sure that there is no stale or expired documents around. When they are nearing being ready to process yours, they will ask (about 2 months before they can process it; giving you 30 days, and a buffer, in case you are a little late and request and extension). So, just because you see others getting processed, don't fret or worry. If you have an AOR, they will get to it.
