What number combination do I need to press to speak with an agent?

I got a text from him saying they requested for Schedule A again. I asked him to call me but seems that he's in court at this moment he's gonna call me later. I'm not sure if he was talking about the request from 2 weeks ago or if they sent a new one this week.

I really don't understand what may be wrong if they requested the form to be sent for the second time now. The only reason I may see is because my wife started her post-degree course before finishing her graduation what is allowed in Brazil if it's less than 6 months for your graduation to be completed so in schedule A her graduation finished like 2014-12 but she started her post graduation in 2014-10 so from 2014-10 to 2014-12 she was doing both at the same time.

Do you guys think that may be an issue? Besides that there's nothing else we can think of. Do you think if we call CIC they can tell us EXACTLY what's wrong in the form? Their request is too generic it basically says the form is incomplete.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 8, 2016.
2. Medical results have been received.

Does it mean they have accepted our medical and we don't have to do medical again? I have submitted medical with my application in july 2016.
What will be next step for us ?

yes, I tried to call, but it is impossible to get an actual agent. They are too busy

Medical has been received means that they got it. They still need to review it and everything else. When its done it should change to passed or if they need more info for medical they will contact you

I got asked again and this time they said to do a new one and an original signature alongside my new passport copy but I don't seem to see the issue with my schedule A or a sections 8 to 12 as there are mainly concerned about.

log in to your my cic account, if it says you passed the exam then it is OK.if they need something they will send you a request.

Hi Guys, this morning I went to Immigration and Citizenship centre in Etobicoke for my landing. It took us 20 mins in total to pay the RPRF and the landing. The officer asked us 3 questions and we re done. After that I got my permanent Sin. no and that was it. After we went to Service Ontario and applied for Ohip which hopefully I should get in 3 months time. From here I would like to Thank all those who answered my questions and guided me. Your help is greatly appreciated. For those still waiting, try to be patient even though its hard but that day will come for you too, and hopefully sooner.

Tyara you need to let it go to the end until it tell you all the information that is on MyCIC and then it will then say "if you would like to speak to .....press...." if it the lines are not busy then you have to hold on for at least 30 minutes before you get s live person. If it is too busy it will just cut you off and you have to try calling again.
