anyone know about this mail means??
i didn't contact IRCC since i sent my
medical results using IRCC web form.
my medical results received 28th April.
so, it's been a month from then.
does anyone get DM after this email??

We are thinking of removing our representative from our file , since we have got the request for submission of proof of relationship and cohabitation and our consultant is asking for more money to process that , we have doubt that he might do anything wrong with our application just for the sake of making money for himself.So can you please suggest that what is the procedure for removing the representative from the file.Also if we do remove him , how do we update the mailing address since right now its his mailing address, so that in the mean while if any mail would come , it should come directly to us only.Please guide.

Got my landing appointment letter today from Etobicoke.
Tried all morning to get to a humanly-like voice at CIC to clarify what 08/06/2017 mean: August or June. No success so far.
Seems a lil odd to be scheduled in August...

Continue to check your ECAS and make sure your account is linked and log in there also. As it can be much more detailed than the emails.

Does that mean even after removing the representative , still my mail would go to them then how would I get the mails from CIC in that case ?

No, after you removed your representative, he is no longer on your file. This refers to the case where you move, notify CIC of your address change and still have a representative; then the mailing address would remain the one of the representative.

Also for sending the joint bank statements for proof of relationship , should we send the statements for the 20 months we have been staying together for all the banks and credit cards ?

That might not be necessary, but personally I would prefer to send too much than not enough, so as they requested more proofs, I would send everything I can.
