I finally was able to submit by application yesterday evening. My status in Oasis shows as application received with a application no.below. Though I have not received any mail from Sinp in my inbox of Gmail.

Is this ok or is it that they sent and acknowledgment mail to your email id.

Even if you delete your profile it wont affect your application.if you ll keep it,
you can apply in EE stream(when it opens) which is faster.choice is all yours.good luck
