I have submitted mine around 7 hours back and I was able to submit it. To my wonder the page still says its open after so many hours it opened.

I did submit my application 10 minutes back and it got accepted... So, Its still open, those getting issues must have created profile with EE reference number.

Please confirm if OID is still open, on the website site it says open, but when submitting the application it says it had reached the threshold. Please confirm at the earliest
