You just have to watch saskatchewan dot ca site (Home > Residents and Visitors > Immigrating and Moving to Saskatchewan > Immigrating to Saskatchewan > Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program > Apply as an International Skilled Worker > International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand and International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry) every day at 08:00 CST Central Standard Time (it's UTC/GMT -6 hours).
