These days it's very hard to tell what they are going to update, the important part is review of eligibility, if it started then they must have checked your medical and biometric but didn't update online.

Exactly its totally upon them as noone can answer what they can, So we must hold on and wait as

“Patience is not a virtue, its an achievement” that would be our best bet

I haven’t saw any case with “Review of Eligibility” updated before Medical & Biometrics either its all together on the same day of Approval/Rejection or nothing

They will start reviewing your eligibility only after clearance of medical and biometric.

But if your review of eligibility hasn't started then they must have not looked into your file till yet!

It's better to wait, because there are piles of applications since March/April, those they haven't started processing yet, so let's have faith and keep waiting!

Hey Harshit. How did you get your biometrics done? VFS in India are all closed right? I have applied for the permit under SDS category on 15 July,2020 and got the Biometric letter saying i have 90 days to submit. Hence was wondering how were you able to submit your biometrics in June since they have been closed since the start of lockdown.

Another question i have is, will they stop the process till i get my biometrics done or it will continue in the background?

Oh great. That means even though Biometric is pending, things are moving in the background. I applied on 15th July so i guess it will atleast take about a month for medicals to be cleared and review of eligibilty starts.

Which city you are in? Any idea about when vfs starts in India. Particularly Mumbai? I could not dig any information on that yet. Just that it is closed for an indefinite period.

That's great @marmik1617. Even I applied on June 14th 3 days after you without biometrics. So, I guess I'll get my update in the coming days. Thanks for showing that there's still hope on processing our application from India.

I think your profile will be considered as two phase visa process.
