Medical Expired | March 2020 applicant

I applied for student visa last year in March 2020. I was not able to submit biometric because of lockdown, but submitted it in Jaunuary 2021. Biometric was updated on my GCKEY account on March 5 2021. After that I have not got any update.
Also, I did my medicals on 15th March 2020 and passed it on 12th September 2020. Recently on my Gckey account the medical status changed from passed to "You do not need a medical exam. We will contact you if this changes". I have not got any remedical request yet and it's been almost 2 weeks.
What should I do? It's been more than a year waiting patiently but it's getting frustrating now. Also, I started my course in September 2020.
Any suggestions what to do? Or who should I contact.
