These days it's not about SDS or Non-sds but rather most complete file, if you have already done biometric & medical + if you've already appeared for IELTS then you can apply, they don't need additional documents to make you wait for so long (during processing of your application).

If you reapply within a month, does your process start from reviewing eligibility and background check? or do they start with medical and biometrics all over again ?

Not really the time on there website is updated to 16 weeks now (As per July 7th)

As I mentioned these are just conditional processing timings, even the person who applied in June will not get stud permit if we go by processing time mentioned in IRCC, it's all uncertain, but he can try because he'll lose his whole year!

If you have medical and biometric already from first time then they will just update Medical and biometric within 5 days, they will start reviewing your eligibility and background check as soon as clearance of medical.

It doesn't matter if they have uploaded or not, online updates are completely useless these days. There are students who got Medical clearance on the same day of approval in past. Due to pandemic and overload of applications, they are not updating most of the things online.

Did you check, if they have started reviewing your eligibility?

It doesn't matter if they have uploaded or not, online updates are useless. There are students who got Medical clearance on the same day of approval.

So true but same with Biometrics too? I think Ircc should have more transparency when it comes to study permit

These days it's very hard to tell what they are going to update, the important part is review of eligibility, if it started then they must have checked your medical and biometric but didn't update online.

yes I did they haven’t started yet

I haven’t saw any case with “Review of Eligibility” updated before Medical & Biometrics either its all together on the same day of Approval/Rejection or nothing
