I am actually wondering if I need to translate those stamps after all. In the document it's written:
You are required to provide complete colour photocopies of all passports and/or travel documents that were valid during your five (5) year Eligibility Period*, even if now expired. You must provide a colour photocopy of every page (including blank pages without any stamps).
Note: Any documents that are not in English or French must be accompanied by:
the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation.
However, the document itself is in English, and there is nothing specifically about translating stamps.

I saw some people, probably from the Montreal office got the automatic reply after sending all passport pages via email.
whatever I know, from the Mississauga office, we didn't receive any automatic reply or any other confirmation. but still, wondering if there is anyone got an automatic email reply after sending the passport via email?
i would say my letter was a bit different and not with so much ( contact us as soon as possible) as yours . As I am reading my letter again now it says that we will cut the PR card after the ceremony on our own and then send a picture. So there is quite differences between offices and how easy or complicated they are.

You should have mentioned about your PR card renewal application to the clerk at the ceremony. IRCC might have been able to internally send a request and cancel the PR card. You need to raise a webform immediately and ask for the PR card to be cancelled.
