My ECAS also has that glitch that was mentioned where only the 1st line of the sponsor is appearing. Hopefully it's an indication that they're updating it at the moment!! haha!
I had the same trouble until I started using the UCI number that was mailed to the applicant (not the sponsor) as this linking of application is regarding the applicant details. Are you the sponsor or applicant? I initially kept trying my own sponsor's UCI but it never found the application.. until Nov 14th I decided to use my husband's details and voila!! Hope that helps!
That's great! We're mostly on the same page... Now that it's December, could things be slowing down? Not trying to be negative but maybe it'll stop me from checking every evening..
Assuming the "Decision Made" on eCAS means it's been sent, printing took 1-2 days. I'm living in Toronto so I'll probably get it very soon. According to where you live it should take as long as a normal letter would take, I believe.

Wait, there can be different UCI numbers? As the applicant, I've never had anything mailed to me yet.
Yes, everyone has a unique UCI number; both the sponsor and applicant. The applicant will know their UCI number after the AOR2 has been received. However, many VOs don't send that email. I believe you can probably call the CIC call center and ask them your number but I don't think you really need it. You can sign into MyCIC and view eCAS without that information.
You can create another GCKey User ID with the same email address until you get it right.
Please try this combination, didn't work for me but this has helped others:
Not mine. Credit goes to the owner.
"1. Logged in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name. If you don't have App Number, use Family Name, Birthday, Place of Birth 3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application."
Hitting space on City of Birth did the trick! Thank you!
For ECAS, the sponsorship side says 1 line now as well like everybody else, but applicant side it added a 3rd line, medicals received.
