Few questions:
1. What does the blank ones like HIRV, Organized Crime, Misrepresentation - mean? Are they not applicable?
2. My wife received her medicals - which she can't do at present as she is pregnant. Does this mean other ones like Security/Criminality etc will wait till Medical is completed?
3. Any idea how long the checks as mentioned in the point above - takes? My wife has resided only in one country i.e. India.
4. What is this counterfoil required?
5. I can see an App status reason TFR Eligibility - what does this mean?

3. Depends on the country. There is an older thread that discusses this one, where Security checks takes longer than others for factors such as high risk areas, availability of data, ...
4. It means you need a visa stamped on your passport if you are approved as opposed to just sending out the CoPR for visa-exempt passports.
