Any chance you can get another copy? If you can't and you said you still have an expired passport
with the old spelling of your name then I'd suggest you submit a letter of explanation along with your
application + a copy of the old passport page showing the name.
Guess that if you cant get a legal document showing the name change that this is your best bet to just
explain and proof. Maybe you have another old document you could send along? Like an old credit card? Health insurance?
Some other document showing your name.
Anytime.
Yes, then write a letter explaining the name change, attach a copy of the old passport and a copy of the insurance policy
and hope for the best.
Make sure you mention the previous used name in form IMM0008 under 'have you used any other names' tho.
And in the document checklist is a part where they ask for legal documents showing name or DOB changes, that's where I would
put the letter plus all documents supporting the change of name.
No problem!! All the best. And keep us updated here...
Make sure to also use the update-form in my signature to send me details about
your application so I cant enter it in the spreadsheet.
If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC B job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 5 in either English or French for all four language abilities.
Can someone please check the spreadsheet update form I put in my signature? Wanna make
sure the form is working and we're all set for September.
Just input basic information like username, NOC, visa office and maybe date when you plan to submit.
Let me know if were having issues with the form.
Note: Sept applications please use this form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/11QxZSH_9i1d1SV74snzbZbiGbHpwZRrMLQvbtHoJ8cU/viewform
to input your application details in the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is read-only so I am ( for now ) the only one editing it, to prevent
people from accidentally deleting information.
Hi all futur September applicants.
I may join you guys depending on CEC reply to my email. I asked them if it is fine to send in new language test results.

Welcome!
So the test results you submitted with your initial application were not high enough for your skill level? Or
why are you submitting new test results?

Yes, my speaking test results was not high enough. But I did not know this until after I submitted the application and after I visited this forum. To be honest I did not read the formation provided on cic website, i just downloaded the required files. This will probably cost $550 of application fees and dollars for id pictures and mailing costs.

Yes, I think once they start processing your application you don't get the $550 refunded. Oh well,
maybe you're lucky and they accept the new test results.
Have u ordered GCMS? If so, what does it say?

I have not ordered GCMS. It has been merely 3 monthss since They received my application. I don't think there will be any thing to report in GCMS.
Hopefully they will answer to my request. If the answer is negative or if the dont answer by mid-september, I will sent a new application.
