I am most likely in for Sep 2013 app. Will finish my one year of experience in Canada (GTA area) during last week of Aug. and should have my application ready to go by end of Sep.
Ya, you're all good there. A 5H is more than enough dude. )
Gonna finish my year end of August, applying first week in September to give myself
like a 10 day buffer.
I have a query regarding NOA. I have a T4 but don't have an NOA. How and when does one receive NOA? Is there any way I can check on the web and download for submission?
When you are filling your tax return first time, its only paper file so it takes time. But next year onwards you can file online.
But even its mid of Aug & you should have received it if you have filled your return on time. You can call CRA helpline to check & request for NOA.

A question regarding document check list-point no 10 - work experience in Canada
Check list states that up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers for the past 3 years.
I have one year experience in Canada and total 2.4 years experience with the same company including the one year in Canada.
So can I get one letter from my employer stating my total experience with the company and providing specific details about the one year experience (main duties as per NOC and the no of hours) or do I need two letters from my employer?
I will attach my past company's experience letter along with the above to meet the 3 year requirement. My past company is refusing to give a letter with the no of working hours on it. The current experience letter that I have from them (2 years old) states the dates and my designation. Will that suffice?
It means exactly what the question says, have you worked in Canada on a full-time ( or equivalent ) basis and for how long.
In order for being eligible to apply under CEC class you will need a minimum of 12 month full-time ( or equivalent ) work
experience in Canada.
