when ircc doesn't reply to the web form then it means they will send you your decision very soon.
If you submit a web form then either they will reply to it or will give you the result.
When did you apply for the web form??

It's called a biometric validation letter
Also known as biometric correspondence letter.
It tells you for how long is your biometric valid for.
Normally if you get that letter before your medical is updated then it's usually a refusal, but if you get that after your medical pass then there are high chances of getting a visa.

Well you live in South Africa so you are not processed under SDS. SDS is based on where you live, not nationality. If you applied in September you are well within regular processing times. You have posted all your questions under SDS but you are not eligible for SDS.

No here actually when we get our biometrics done, they paste the receipt behind passport telling that it's valid for 10 years
