My medical passed on 29 September and eligibility and background check has on the same day.

Folks just don't raise the webforms until the processing time is exhausted, as that will hinder the process.
Yesterday my eligibility started, and now the only thing awaiting is final decision (which I think is delayed due to webforms raised by me)
