Ended up with CRS 418. Maxed out my IELTS points.
Options left are a) learning French b) studying in Canada c) getting a Masters degree, I will go with b and could improve my score to 455.
But will express entry be in place till Mid 2020 and will cutoff realistically stay around 455. Predictions anyone?
