Just got the ITA email. Now the race begins for collecting all documents.
1. Anyone got police certificate from San francisco Indian embassy?How long does it take?
2. What if my account does not have sufficient fund at this time, but i will be getting good amount of money from company stocks in 15 days or so. Any idea what all i need to show them in order to tell them that we have sufficient fund so that they take in account the money that i am about to get.

2. You need a letter from your bank(signed & stamped on there letterhead) mentioning your account details and account balance. If you think your account is clean, you can in addition attach 6 bank statement along(but that's just optional). if you have this big amount from the company stocks, please make sure you have documents available for the source of these funds.

No dont... if the draw happens in the next 2 weeks without any PNP/FSTP nominations in the interim, you should see the score drop between 435-438.

My Advise, would be write ielts again and try to improve score on other hand. it worked for my me and my friends.

hhaaha yeah..4 to 7 years actually ..and I was almost done with my coursework..But,,the uni awarded me M.Phil degree based on my 1.5 year of coursework and comparatively less advanced thesis..

I can't .my husband will I got him the maximum score that a spouse can, in EE system..So now I am just free to have fun on this forum,

That is a great advice too, but one needs to time, money and patience for that as well, and equally the chances are that one's new IELTS score can be lower than the previous one....
