Best thing for people here and for CIC is to conduct 12000 ITA @ CRS 430 .and conduct next draw after 5 weeks.. This will give most a chance and also save some draw conducting effort of CIC
Guys I think there is no draw tomorrow. IRCC may not let the cut-off drop below 440. Secondly, I think we should start another poll, to find out the number of applicants per EE profile. I don't think this year IRCC needs to issue as many as 80k+ ITAs to the EE candidates. Even if there are 2 applicants per profile on average, around 50k ITAs will be more than enough to meet the target. I don't know the application rejection rate. But if we take that into account, and know the average applicants per profile, we can figure out how many ITAs IRCC will issue this year. Let's start another poll.
Please don't think negatively!!! Draw is going to happen!! You are thinking as if you are responsible for IRCC and need to take quality immigrants( high crs)
They were still processing many of last year's applications when this year started. Hence, I am sure the number of ITAs issued this year will be less than 2017. Secondly, last year people were new to EE system, They made countless mistakes that resulted in rejection. But everyone is learning by other people's mistake. I, for instance, learned that my PCC was invalid. I am now happy that I did not submit my application after receiving ITA as my POF was not intact. It would have been rejected anyway, not because of my POF, but due to my invalid PCC. So again, this year the rejection rate, for sure, will be lower than the last year.

That's how it seems to be, this year. Someone just mentioned that the site didn't go down for maintenance. But anyway, I am hoping against the hope that the draw is tomorrow.

You may use experience acquired under multiple NOCs but it only count skill 0/A/B. CRS calculation consider experience gained under multiple occupations within the last 10 years.
