You can't get that low with 15500.
If you want 380 cut off you should do 55000 ITAs, which won't happen as it will put them over the yearly quota. So, 380 is out of question for 2018.
Dude I thought we were just joking. Are you for real with 15,500 ITAs in next draw? Lets hope that they stick to their 3500 and expect a 437-438 level.

I was joking with the high ITAs but was doing some calculations to see what it would take to bring it down to my score (435) and further less.
With 440 you will be through next time, I have to wait a little longer. Was at 440 in Feb, now at 435.
Good luck!
This article makes sense and is aligned with my previous post yesterday about me meeting the Canadian diplomat and him telling me few days back they they are having challenges getting ppl fast enough into Canada. So this is good news and for sure the ITAs will increase. The flood gates will open soon. I'm sure CIC must be recruiting staff to vet the thousands of applications every two weeks. Once they increase staff the bottleneck will get better and more ITAs will come

You're right but it takes time for all of this to happen, could be years before implemented. Most people here are hoping they would get ITA and PR soon and cannot wait several months or even several weeks. They are observing every draw carefully, making all kinds of calculations and predictions, clicking F5 on their keyboard million times every week to see their score go through. This is not so great news to us.
Let s be realistic here, while we have our ray of hope high in the mountains. Optimistically speaking it will be 439 with tie-breaker on the next week draw if there is no delay or any surprises.
Worst Case Scenario:
2100 (100 to 150 per day over 440 without IELTS result (normally 150 to 250, average 200))
500 (100 to 500 PNP nominations)
500 (remaining people on score 441)
400 (500 to 1000 people on score 440)
Cut off 440 with tie breaker.
Best Case Scenario:
1400 (100 to 150 per day over 440 without IELTS result (normally 150 to 250, average 200))

500 (remaining people on score 441)
500 (500 to 1000 people on score 440)
500 (500 to 1000 people on score 439)
500 (500 to 1000 people on score 438)
0 (500 to 1000 people on score 437)
Cut off 437 with tie breaker.

Agree with the features in most part. there will be 800-1000 being allocated to 431-440 the next draw(again if there is no delay), so depends on how many are in the 440 and 439 will determine what the final cut of score will be. but I am suspecting it wont be lower than 439.

I don't think I selected this option. In the email I received from WES it says that 'your report will be shipped to the following recipients: IRCC'.....it does not say it will be shipped to me. I'm sure I can pay extra to get it shipped to me, but if I don't need it, than why bother.
