That would be great. I am at 435 and it would be a step closer.
Worst case scenario would bring it to 439.
Best case would be:
3500 ITAs Total
1000 for new entries and PNP
500 for score 441
1000 for score 440
500 for score 439
500 for score 438.
There would be a tie breaker on 437 or 438. My assumption is one of the scores 436 to 440 would have a higher distribution of candidates, could be 438 or 440.
I would want another draw on 23rd which would bring the score down to 436 or 435. Again, this a just my hope, I know chances of back to back draws are low.
Why do you say no chance? It is, afterall, 6 months since the last back to back draw (15th of November '17). Perhaps the next one will come soon But of course, only IRCC knows.
Well, as much as I want a back to back draw for myself. I really don't think that can happen with IRCC being conservative with their draws this year. Realistically, there could only be a increase in the # of ITAs during the May 23rd draw.
There is a chance, could be low but still a chance. IRCC cannot meet their annual quota with 2 draws a month, either they have to do a couple of back to back draws here and there or increase the draw size to 4000 in the second half of the year. There is a possibility no matter how small.
I met a canadian diplomat yesterday and he told me that they cant get ppl inside canada fast enough.
He said due to things getting better in home countries a lot of competent ppl are not applying. I see the reverse anyways in the draws....so I guess he was talking at a macro level that the final intake is not meeting the demands.

Dear members,
I am in specific situation. Hoping to hear some advise from experienced folks.
Me as primary applicant, spouse as dependent I have 441 as CRS score. I did not get ITA last week due to tie-barker rule. I am hoping that it works out in the next draw if it happens on 23rd May.
otherwise, on May 27 I will lose 11 points and my CRS score will reduce to 430 due to age factor.
As a single applicant, I am getting the score as 448 before may 26th. Now my question is, Can i create two profiles with one with spouse(441) and another without spouse(448) to increase my chances of picking in the next draw. otherwise by June my score will be 430 and chance of getting this level is doubtful?

If you've exhausted all other means, e.g. maxing out IELTS scores, to boost your points, then consider listing your spouse as non accompanying as your last option.

There is a high possibility that the score will come down to 440 and you will qualify. However looking at the last draw nothing can be said for sure....

you will get the ITA before your birthday I read some where on this forum that creating 2 profiles can get you disqualified or something. Lets see what expert members say about it.

What about having two profiles as couple: one profile where husband is primary and wife accompanying; and the other profile where wife is primary and husband accompanying.
Someone told me that this was allowed... is it true?
