Correct. You need PCC from every country you stayed longer than 6 months. Since, you lived in US from 2013 you need a FBI fingerprint clearance and you obviously lived in your home country (India or ...) before that (obviously more than 6 months), so you need a PCC from India as well, which you can get in India or at a Indian Embassy in the US.
Do I have to get a PCC from every country that I've lived in (more than 6 months)? This could be like a decade ago. And I dont know how I can get a PCC from that country, as I don't know anyone living there now. I was a kid dating back to that time lol
Unfortunately my hope of a direct ITA dies on May 23rd if I don't get it because I'll be down to 429 after losing 5 points on 29 May. I submitted OINP application in March though.
430 is already on the card if 3 draw happens in May, if not then CRS not gonno go below 430 this year for sure, 23rd May draw will be to watch coz no IELTS result will come out....after 4th may result ielts test date is 13th may n result will be 25th may so surely 435 all will be flushed out
I need an urgent advise. I submitted my OINP application by March 15 which is more than 45 days by now with 'Submitted' stage still. My score is 438. I have called the Ontario office and they said if I withdraw my application now, I will get a refund in two weeks. What do you think of the chances me getting a direct ITA in next two months? Anyway, Ontario goes slow as snail for me.
Do you think it's good idea to go for 1500 CAD and wait for an ITA?
Please suggest me before they move the status from Submitted to assessment.
I would advise against any withdrawal at this stage. You will be exposing yourself to quite a lot of uncertainty and anxiety. just consider if there is no draw in three weeks where will be score then ? It will surely shoot up to 450s or so. Anything goes with the IRCC, you may have a draw tomorrow and scores may dip to 437 and viola ! In the end, it's all up to your appetite for risk.
Also you may keep in mind the current situation of NOIs. Ontario has not issued for HCP stream in more than a month now, so I would suggest grabbing on to yours as a safety net.
No they won't. They expect all documents to arrive before they commence evaluation of both credentials. I was in your shoe once and had to cancel the evaluation of my bachelors credential. I wrote them to cancel that one and concentrate on my Masters.
The problem of all down going calculation is, that it is forgotten, that each point down, the potential group of people is bigger (and that is even if you assume stability in how many people will apply each day).
IF for example 3k ITA could be reached from the group of 443 +, then you have only 500 left for every 2 weeks. But if the increase in the group of 430+ is more than 500 every 2 weeks, then ITA would never drop that low.
In addition certain % will be given to FST (1 or 2 draws per year). And they do hardly lurk in such high point rankings (unless they are PNP, which brings them to a different group).
Speaking of PNP, if you would estimate app. 1/3 of all PNP streams using EE, you will get a stable input of app. 500 PNP each draw. And yes, last 2 draws the amount of PNP was rather low
So it is better to try to get more points If you can rather than wait and wait and wait.

I need a help here.
I lived in Canada for a year in 2014 and right now in the USA. I have taken PCC for USA and INDIA,. DO i need to take a PCC from Canada, for the duration i lived there. I have this question which is still not clear. Other than that, i am pretty much ready to submit my profile asap.
So am I understanding correctly that we shouldn't expect numbers to go as low as they did last year? I think I've had a lot of false hope b/c of the few 415, 413, 423, etc. last year.. but reading some of the comments here has me thinking there's not much hope for that low. :-/

No guarantees, but there is a reasonable chance we will get to 429 later this year based on current trends. Fingers crossed you get NOI from Ontario in May however.
Can anyone please help me here.
I have experience under 2171 code from
15th Apr 15 - 04 Apr 16 ( 11 days short of 1 year)
11th Apr 16 - till date (still working),
so will my experience be counted as 3 years?? Technically I have completed my 3 years (15 Apr 15 - till date, with 11 days gap)
Does IRCC count number of days to determine experience duration?
Good morning to all the fellow Wednesday bazaarists!
I very much doubt that there will be a draw today, but if it happens , I think it will be a CRS cut off of 438, with a draw size of 3,500 ITA's.
If it doesn't happen today, then next week's draw will be very interesting... lo and behold, OINP has now started issuing nominations for the 2018 applications. It's just a trickle now, but come next week, quite a few of the February/March 2018 OINP applicants may have got their nominations, putting upward pressure on the cut off. So don't expect the cut off to be lower than 440 the next time, if it doesn't happen today.
Whatever happens, wish every deserving person here success, sooner rather than later.
