Its only 7.36 Am in ottawa. CIC agwnts r on their way to office let them have first.

The 71st draw was at 7am in Ottawa (but published later), I guess the draw system starts working before the employees.

If there is a draw today , we might have something to cheer about...CRS is set to fall today provided we get lucky & have a draw.

Here goes the analysis :-

If No of ITA are 2700 then CRS should b at 428
If no of ITA are 2900 then CRS should be at 427

If no of ITA are 3500 then CRS should be at 425 -
