That you will have to check while submitting online form. I had Aadhar card with permanent address which was sufficient.

Yes. No waiting time. You will get the PCC on same day at last counter.

you are welcome. Nothing is needed from local police station, the PCC you will get from Passport seva is sufficient.

Anytime between 20 days to 6-9 months.

Suggest you join the Nov AOR group and go through posts there and on groups for other month AOR to get a feel.

I have a query, what if your birthday falls on the day you receive an ITA? I know if it falls after ITA it’s no problem, but if it falls on your birthday? Do you lose 5 points?
