The 71st draw was at 7am in Ottawa (but published later), I guess the draw system starts working before the employees.

This is the reason why machines/computers should take over the world

If draw happens today then it will be CRS 429 and if it happens next week then it will be CRS 433. However from October it will be minimum 3500 ITAs which will bring us the most anticipated score by the end of this year, The Magic 400! Happy Draw Everyone

I dont think we will have a draw today.
As CIC is planning to complete its quota for 2017 and going to start 2018 quota from October, so they must have a definite number(remaining) of ITAs to be issued in Sept to complete 2017 cycle. That's why we are seeing downfall in number of ITA's being issued. So, I'm expecting a lesser(remaining 2017 quota) number of ITA's in the last draw for 2017 on 20th Sept or later in Sept and then they will start 2018 quota from Oct.

To be honest, none of us here know exactly how CIC functions. Like the rest of us, you're welcome to speculate
