Guys, I've been to the US on vacation twice in the last year but never stayed more than 10 days in each trip. The US does not stamp our passports when we exit the country and when I arrived in Brazil I did not get an entry stamp either. How can CIC determine that I did not stay in the US for more than 6 months?

Actually, there is a website to search for US travel records, you might kinda feel there is no privacy after you try it

It doesn't stamp anyone's passport on the exit, but they definitely have the dates in the databases, so when you left they scanned the passport. I believe Canada Intelligence service can access that data easily. So just show the real dates and no problems with the stamps.

Entry and exit US data is open source, as long as you know the passport number, name and birthday, you can see all of it

I have come up with the prediction for the 70th draw.

If it happens on:
Aug 23 - CRS 431 - ITAs 3036
Aug 24 - CRS 432 - ITAs 2888
Aug 25 - CRS 432 - ITAs 3062

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off on each date (in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than 3000):
