Hello, I have a question, did you use the same medical for your study permit for PR application? What did you say as explanation? Thanks.

I wasn't required to get medicals for the study permit. If you've lived or visited anywhere on a list, you do. But I hadn't.

That being said, I made a statement of "dual intent." I explained I was getting the degree to get enough points to legally get an ITA. And said I'd go back to the US if I didn't get it.

Very good prediction, but to be honest I want more ITAs, so that means 3800+

I just read that people are getting OINP nominations. Has the HCP stream opened up again and if so, Is it restricted to any specific NOC's?

And for now, NOI is lock to HCP stream, if you have French TEF test you can have an NOI. Good luck!

OMG.!! New Registration closed means those who had registered as on 25th July still got 14 days to submit their profile.! So no back door entry here as OINP is doing "Hold the Door- Hodor" to new registrations from 25th July.

And even they have many backlogs to clear for those who've applied before 25th July.!
