As per the report below end of 2015, from CRS 350-449, there were about 45000 people in the pool .. Now if that number has doubled in 2016 due to higher IELTS, ICT, IEC and Canadian Education points etc. , there should be no more than 90000 people in the pool ranging from 350-449. Looking at the immigration plan, Express Entry will be the major driver of Economic Immigration of Canada. If the draw size continues to be 3000+ every 2 weeks or so, we will see a steady decline in the CRS ranking.
A few months ago, IRCC provided a snapshot of the Express Entry pool as it looked on October 3, 2016. At that time, there were 60,689 candidates active in the pool, and a total of 20,588 ITAs had been issued to 19,088 individual candidates over the first 20 draws of 2016.
Thanks. You too. Following your theory, since cut off hasnt dropped under 460 for almost a year, how many IELTS tests were taken in that period, we should have a million candidates in 460+ range and cut off should never come down this low this fast
Gave the IELTS exam 3rd time with the same score, i just can't max it out :'(
I expected full in reading the last 2 times but always got 7, i don't know if its a conspiracy or what i scored better than this in India, also my speaking which was 8 in India has never gone up above 7 in Canada, i don't know if its a accent thing or what ???

I am sorry as my question is completely un-related to this topic. but to get a quick response i am posting here.
I will complete my one year Canadian work xp on Feb 15th. I have created my EE profile. my score is 476.
my question is If I get an ITA in the next draw should I decline it and wait until Feb 15th ? or can i continue the application and submit it after Feb 15th.
I have all the documents ready with me. Please help guys. very confused.
