Remember the last draw was in Jan 11th and hopefully the next draw in Jan 25th. That's two weeks gap for the pool to get filled up again. The reason last cut off was low, because they picked a lot of people in Jan 4th.

It all depends upons the draw size... If they invite 3000+ like last time, you can expect a decline in the CRS.. They will invite 70000 people this year through Express Entry. I seriously believe the scores will remain that high

In the history of express entry never had there been 2000+ ppl getting added in 2 weeks... that to after lots of my friends getting picked for CEC based on canadian education... mostly remaining are FSW and Canadian Diploma CEC candidates... not expecting an increase but for sure a decrease in the crs score unless the draw is less than 2000...
I don't get the logic. Every day we have people improving their ielts. I don't see it different for next draw. I expect the scores to come down to 457 or 456

My CRS score is 458 and if I max my IELTS then it'll go up to 464.. My work permit expires - June 2019 and I will complete 1 year Canadian Exp on May 24th, 2017. Should I wait or give my IELTS again?

Thanks. You too. Following your theory, since cut off hasnt dropped under 460 for almost a year, how many IELTS tests were taken in that period, we should have a million candidates in 460+ range and cut off should never come down this low this fast
