Express entry profile update ?

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know wether we have to update the express entry profile after completing the 1 year of experience or it update itself ?

Please reply asap if anyone has experienced.

After it is expired, you got to create a new one so if yours is expiring, create a new one at the earliest.

OMG.., is it for real. I got an ITA on 478. Found it out just now when I got up. Can't believe it. and 1800 invitations, I think its time for every one above 450 to cheer with increasing invitations and scores dropping by 10 points for first time in 6 months. Best of luck everyone.

Hi Intensecool, I upload my file cuple of weeks back and I completed one year of experience ccouple of days back only.

Do I have to update my profile or will it automatically update my points ? I have not recieved the invitation yet.

In 2015, CIC issued 31,063 ITAs. In 2016, so far they have only issued 23,902 ITAs. Let's be conservative and assume that they keep the same level as last year, that is another 7,161 ITAs to be issued in the upcoming draws. We have ~4 left? That is an average of 1,790 ITAs per draw. So actually the chance to clear 460s before the end of the year is quite high in my opinion. I'm just hoping though, that there is some chances for people in the 50s and 40s as well! Be positive guys

But there should be a large number (at least 1500+ ITAs) each draw to clear 460s and 450s as there are much more people in this range compared to previous few draws that cleared some 470s and 480s.

Interesting situation. Not sure if they consider the age when you receive invitation or when they receive your application. Most probably it is when you receive the invitation as they cannot revoke that once they send it.

no. After getting ITA they will ignore any point reduction

Sitting at 473... After those low number of ITAs per draw in the past few months, I gave no hope but yesterday's surprising draw seems making me think about it again ;D

You are awarded points for age on the day you receive ITA. Reduction in points due to age factor, after ITA does not make your ITA invalid. All the best...
