The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to section 10.3 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, gives the annexed Ministerial Instructions Respecting Invitations to Apply for Permanent Residence under the Express Entry System (October 19, 2016).

MINISTERIAL INSTRUCTIONS RESPECTING INVITATIONS TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE UNDER THE EXPRESS ENTRY SYSTEM (OCTOBER 19, 2016)
Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on October 19, 2016 and ending on October 20, 2016 is 1,804.
Required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on October 19, 2016 at 12:20:50 UTC, have been assigned a total of 475 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence
Congratulations to all those who are 475 or above! Will people finally stop taking as gospel the rubbish that oopnp publish now? Their last post only two days ago had the headline "CIC 45th Draw scores prediction, higher cut-off, policy announcements, Ontario PNP Expected" and their prediction of ITAs - "Our prediction for the CIC 45th Draw CRS score is a bracket of 481-483 with approximately 1200-1600+"
Absolute nonsense. They know nothing more than we do on here.

No, I can guarantee someone will post something OOPNP said next week.... either that or the CIC guy on 'that' video (perhaps that guy in the video actually works for OOPNP!!)

Guys, I'm at 451 right now, in a month-two hopefully will be at 461 (when my husband's ECA is done). In how many draws do you think the score will fall to 450 or 460? Will I have the time to do my husband's ECA until it reaches 460?

It's impossible to predict properly as we don't know how many people are joining the pool each week, so it would be a wild guess... and if Trump wins on the 8th there could be a rush of Americans joining the pool
