Ideally that would make more sense.. Have lesser but large draws. Like if they pull 25,000 out, the score would come down to 451, and they can then hold for another couple of months and conduct another draw. Of course this is only applicable for FSWs who were very hopeful after the immigration targets were given, only to spend the first 3 months of the year in disappointment
attaching a copy of CELPIP/IELTS results are not mandatory, right? we just need to provide all info in profile, but missing to attach actual scan will not cause rejection?

As far as I know, you need to have your Test Report Form when submitting your documents after ITA. So you’re right. You just need to put necessary info (test results, test reference number, etc) when creating a profile.

152000 odd was the number of profiles in the pool when the draw happened on Feb 13th . 27000 odd profiles got an ITA..
Now as of March 1st the pool shows 147000 odd people.. what the hell is going on?
Have all the people inside canada who qualify under CEC without ECA, have these guys just woke up from sleep, written IELTS and flocked into the pool???
It's impossible to have 22000 odd FSW profiles come inside the pool in 3 weeks!!

How do people who receive an ITA get off from the pool? Do they need to accept the ITA and submit document? If that is the case, then it clearly shows that thousands would not have accepted/rejected ITAs and this can be the case of fake profiles in the pool.
However, one should not discount the possibility of 22,000 entering the pool in 3 weeks also.
